**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Launch Coordinator to join our team at Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the new product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and implement effective product launch strategies
* Analyze and improve overall product yield and line performance
* Manage new part type performance indices and identify opportunities for improvement
* Optimize site inventory management through data-driven methodologies
* Streamline business processes by implementing innovative scheduling logic and establishing key performance indicators
* Apply manufacturing science concepts to line management and inventory scheduling

**Requirements**

* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial System Engineering
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a multi-functional work environment
* Determined and motivated individual with a proven track record of guiding teams towards desired outcomes
* Additional knowledge or experience in supply chain, data analytics, and coding (especially Python) is a plus
