Job Description

The role of a Bank Business and System Analyst is crucial in driving efficiency and innovation within banking systems and processes. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in analyzing and optimizing banking operations to ensure seamless delivery.

Key responsibilities include fostering collaboration, transparency, and accountability across functional teams and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in defining requirements and analyzing business data as a Business Analyst, and in designing, specification formulation, and technical construction as a System Analyst.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additionally, candidates must possess knowledge of relevant banking systems, including FAST/GIRO Payment, XB/MEPS Payment, Internal Data Interface, and Loan and Trade.
