Architectural Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Architectural Associate to take on the role of preparing functional and technical feasibility studies, developing design proposals for Architecture and Urban Design, and assisting the Team Lead with project management administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing design development of the project, assisting in business development by preparing pitching decks and researching tenders, and working on computational design tools.

We are looking for a team player with good presentation and communication skills, willingness to learn new skills, and a research attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment is essential.

This role requires ability and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare functional and technical feasibility studies
  • Develop design proposals for Architecture and Urban Design
  • Assist Team Lead with project management administration
  • Ensure design complies with all statutory requirements
  • Manage design development of the project
  • Assist in business development by preparing pitching decks and researching tenders
  • Work on computational design tools

Requirements:

  • Globally recognized B.A./M.A. from a top-tier University in Architecture
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3D modelling with Rhino and Grasshopper 3D
  • Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning for architectural application will be a plus
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and with a research attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Able/willing to Travel
