Construction Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the execution of construction projects. This role demands a minimum diploma or equivalent qualification and 3+ years of relevant work experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, negotiation, coaching, and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing project resources, including personnel, materials, and subcontractors, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, they will achieve project goals by defining scope and objectives, determining resources, allocating resources, establishing standards and procedures, scheduling staff, resolving design issues, evaluating deadlines estimates, and implementing change orders.

Fulfilling human resource needs is also a critical aspect of this role, including hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, coaching, and disciplining employees, adhering to established procedures and policies, recommending compensation, and clearly communicating job expectations.
