Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and direct construction activities to ensure safe and timely completion of development works.
  • Present management reports on project progress, personnel performance, and any issues encountered.
  • Cover site activities and documents, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Direct all site activities, ensuring effective communication between different teams.
  • Manage projects within timelines, risk considerations, and budget constraints.
  • Oversee resource allocation and project schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quantity Survey, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the related field, preferably as a senior manager.
  • Proven expertise in structural and architectural works is a significant advantage.
