Technical Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team. As a Technical Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support during field visits.

You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to customers, ensuring that their network and infrastructure needs are met. This includes performing onsite installation, maintenance, testing, and verification tasks as provided in work orders.

  • Provide technical service and customer support during field visits
  • Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, and verification tasks as provided in work orders
  • Recommend customers with solutions to resolve and enhance their network and infrastructure
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure maximum success rates and reduce repeat visits
  • Drive service success that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a keen interest in learning and picking up knowledge of various common commercial brands of network-related hardware, fibre network setup, VOIP, SIP services, Firewall, L2, VPN, and other network solutions.

You should be a self-starter able to deliver the desired customer service experience, work independently without minimum supervision, and work on standby shift duties (on emergency call service).
