The role of Insurance Sales Representative involves promoting General Insurance products to existing and prospective customers through telemarketing activities.
">About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual with prior experience in telemarketing or sales functions, preferably in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets, meeting campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and quality assurance standards.

- Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales functions, preferably in the financial services sector;
- Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) is an added advantage;
- Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions;
- Confident communicator with good verbal skills;
- Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers;
- Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets;
- Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude.">
