Warehouse Operations Assistant

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and has excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse items.

About the Role:

  • The Warehouse Operations Assistant will play a key part in ensuring that all warehouse items are properly received, stored, and dispatched to customers in a timely manner.
  • This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle receipt and storage of warehouse items, including checking inventory levels and stocking shelves.
  2. Pick, pack, and dispatch goods to customers, using manual handling equipment as required.
  3. Manage warehouse operations, including supervising the movement of stock and coordinating shipments with logistics partners.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and respond to any queries or issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • No experience required; training will be provided.
  • Physically fit and able to handle loads of at least 10kg.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Relevant experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Responsible and self-motivated.
