Business Development Manager Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets
  • Analyze and review management indicators and costs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Monitor sales and customer service to optimize performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards across the team
  • Optimize resource allocation and minimize expenses
  • Create and implement gymnastics curriculum tailored to different levels
  • Mentor and guide trainee and junior coaches
  • Serve as a role model for the team, setting high standards of performance and behavior
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with the team
  • Develop team members' skills and knowledge, ensuring growth and progression
