Quality Assurance Specialist

Description:

This is a challenging role that requires effective planning, execution, and monitoring of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our QA/QC team in developing and implementing project-specific quality plans, inspection and test plans, and procedures aligned with ISO standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quality inspections, testing, and documentation throughout all phases of construction, including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning stages.

You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in project/engineering/construction management, preferably in data centre or critical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO policies, QA/QC procedures, and international quality standards.
  • Familiarity with MEP systems, containment, cleanroom classification, and critical utility systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in documentation control, audit preparation, and quality tracking tools.
  • Certification in workplace safety (eg. WSQ, WSH) preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour.
  • Team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
