Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Food Service Crew member to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day activities in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This includes ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and plating food for counter service
  • Cooking and mixing rice
  • Performing kitchen preparation work and mise en place
  • Stock-taking and replenishing required ingredients
  • Cleaning and washing all used service and kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations
  • Sweeping and mopping

Requirements:

No experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided. However, applicants should possess strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
