Image Signal Processing Engineer

This role involves leading the development of image signal processing algorithms for various applications.

  • Design and implement efficient image signal processing algorithms using C/C++ and OpenCV.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithm developments into existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in digital signal processing, machine learning, and computer vision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in image signal processing, experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and knowledge of ASIC design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and optimize image signal processing algorithms for pre-processing, post-processing, video sharpening, temporal/spatial noise reduction, and color consistency.
  2. Research and develop novel image processing techniques for camera signal processing cores.
  3. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate algorithm developments into existing systems.
  4. Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve algorithm performance.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong background in digital signal processing, machine learning, and computer vision.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of ASIC design principles.
