Job Title: Enterprise Architecture Specialist

The Hacens Talent PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Architecture Specialist, you will be responsible for developing technology strategies by understanding client objectives, mapping requirements, and proposing tailored solutions for IT/OT projects.

You will create and present proposals, conduct proof-of-concepts, and ensure solutions align with customer goals, while assessing cost, benefits, and risks. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, address technical inquiries, and support sales efforts.

This role requires 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity, with strong expertise in project design, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives, diagnosing and mapping client requirements, articulating solution risks and barriers, recommending project approaches, preparing time and cost estimates, and planning full project life cycle.
  • Prepare and deliver business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentations, and conducting proof-of-concept to showcase technical feasibility.
  • Propose technical solutions and oversee the selection of technologies, estimate resources required to develop proposed solutions, articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk, and highlight the positive impact of solutions and how they achieve client business goals.
  • Manage customer relationship by communicating architecture standards and frameworks, answering questions, resolving concerns and issues.
  • Actively participate in the business development lifecycle, identifying opportunities, generating proposals, and supporting other sales efforts.
  • Increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements.
  • Track emerging technologies, evaluating applicability to business goals and operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10 years experience in enterprise architecture, 5+ years technical expertise in designing, planning, installing, and commissioning end-to-end IT/OT projects.
  • Professional experience with n-tier application architecture development and extensive analytical experience in IT software and infrastructure.
  • Ability to provide solutions to address cybersecurity requirements and in-depth knowledge of network and systems security issues.
  • Consulting skills, including interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus-building.
  • Experience leading large group meetings and information-gathering sessions with senior-level executives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong analytical and conceptual skills, able to function at both detail and conceptual levels.
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT software and infrastructure integration of systems such as CCTV, NVR, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and gate barrier systems.
  • Hands-on experience in several of the following products or technologies: .NET Development Platform (Visual Studio, .Net Core Framework), C#, Python, SQL Databases, Transact-SQL, XML, Soap, Web Services, agile development methodologies.
  • IT certification in MCSE, CCIE, CISSP, Scrum Master or equivalent.
