Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to manage and lead the team in responding to cybersecurity incidents, providing expertise in incident response, digital forensics, and other related areas.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing incidents, formulating response plans, supervising and participating in hands-on responses, and collaborating with clients to address their cybersecurity challenges.
This role involves managing cyber-security incident response engagements, assisting with client proposals, coaching and managing team members, participating in incident response and digital forensics, and working directly with clients to address cybersecurity challenges.
Flexibility is required as cybersecurity incidents may occur outside regular hours. However, KPMG offers flexible working arrangements through its 'Take Charge' program, supporting work from both office and home.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical cybersecurity role, including Incident Response and Digital Forensics.
- Ability to lead incident response cases, formulate response plans, supervise, and participate hands-on.
- Strong understanding of networking, internet operations, computers, and familiarity with cloud providers like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, along with cybersecurity expertise.
- Self-motivated learners with a desire to acquire new technologies and share knowledge.
- Effective time management for multiple projects.
- Strong presentation skills for reports and client interactions.
- Ability to write clearly in plain English.
- Leadership skills to supervise and motivate team members.
