  • Establish and update Standard Operating Procedures/Flowcharts for various business locations.
  • Prepare weekly reports on updates and improvements carried out for various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coverage Support – Ensure continuity of security services by covering vacant positions due to leaves, absences, or resignations.
  2. Emergency Response – Swiftly respond to emergencies, incidents, and accidents at business sites, prioritizing employee and asset safety.
  3. Site Oversight – Assist in managing security-related tasks and responsibilities at deployment sites, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  4. Security Enforcement – Enforce security measures, including standard operating procedures, to maintain a secure environment.
  5. Training and Development – Deliver security briefings and training sessions to security officers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  6. Site Visits – Regularly visit business locations to implement and document activities, monitoring progress and making recommendations for improvement.
  7. Process Development – Establish and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts for various business locations, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  8. Reporting and Communication – Prepare weekly reports detailing updates, improvements, and actions taken for various sites, fostering open communication and collaboration.
