Job Title: Holistic Health and Wellness Specialist

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and compassionate professional with expertise in holistic health and wellness. They will play a vital role in promoting wellness initiatives and activities that foster holistic health and well-being.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, implement, and promote wellness programs that cater to the diverse needs of patients. This includes overseeing patient screenings, conducting physical assessments, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for follow-up care.
  • Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with the Clinical Services Team to identify and address barriers to participation, ensuring patients receive adequate support in their wellness journey. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • A key aspect of this role is to conduct routine reviews to track patient adherence and progress in the exercise program, ensuring continuity of care plans. Proper maintenance, disinfection, and servicing of exercise equipment are also critical components of this position.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor and manage patient attendance, ensuring accurate and timely documentation to support consistent program participation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in achieving our goals.
  • To succeed in this role, relevant working experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar capacity, is advantageous. A diploma in Health Sciences (Health Management) or other relevant courses such as sports sciences, therapy aide, or community care associate would be highly beneficial.

  • Prefarable Diploma in Health Sciences (Health Management) or other relevant courses (e.g., sports sciences, therapy aide, community care associate).
  • Relevant working experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
