Job Title: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Project Lead

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Project Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, including experience with PMP/Agile methodologies, as well as expertise in IT infrastructure foundations and application architecture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with business case development and presentation
  • Strong storytelling abilities
  • Project Management Skills:
  • PMP certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Technical Expertise:
  • IT infrastructure foundations
  • Application architecture
  • Expertise in SAP and MES deployment
