HSEQ Compliance Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSEQ) Executive to join our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Operational Excellence initiatives, quality management, and continuous improvements in processes and performance. Additionally, they will provide support on the Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment aspects and risks associated with company assets, operations, and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the flow of safety management documentation.
- Perform and manage document quality check in accordance with company's document control procedures in an ISO certified environment. Identify and report compliance issues.
- Ensure all reports and correspondences are completed on time by functional departments across company entities.
- Monitor all HSEQ programmes, maintain and prepare required status reports and tender documents.
- Participate in incident investigations, ensuring that reports with root cause analysis and lessons learned are uploaded to the company database.
- Assist in developing and distributing internal and external Health and Safety Alerts and Incident Management information.
- Contribute to the continual development of a positive safety culture.
- Engage in internal office and vessel audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in external audits and assist in organizing management reviews.
- Monitor and maintain fleet HSEQ statistics and customer satisfaction index.
- Any other related duties as required by the HSEQ Manager.
