Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

The ideal candidate will lead and supervise a team of manufacturing operators to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. This role involves monitoring production schedules and targets, taking corrective actions as needed to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training new employees on safety procedures, equipment operation, and manufacturing processes;
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and productivity;
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely availability of materials and resources for production;
  • Performing regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement;
  • Effectively communicating with team members, management, and cross-functional teams to address any issues and drive continuous improvement;
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in engineering or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the wafer fab/semiconductor industry;
  • Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role;
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
