Job Description

In this position, you will play a key role in executing the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) control agenda for our Singapore site. This involves monitoring management action plans, conducting control assessments, analyzing lessons learned, and identifying emerging risks. You will also provide risk advice, challenge, and operational support to manage MSS Operations risks and controls.

As a Senior Vice President, you will oversee ASEAN as a cluster, ensuring effective governance and control framework management across diverse operations. You will drive risk reduction strategies for MSS Operations in collaboration with business lines and peers. Additionally, you will work closely with MSS Operations Management and NFR teams to maintain a forward-looking risk management function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the NFR control agenda for the Singapore site, including incident support, control assessments, lessons learned, and themed analysis.
  • Monitor management action plans for timely remediation and improvements in the control environment.
  • Support local and regional governance forums, proactively managing risks to enhance Market and Security Services (MSS) Operations control environment.
  • Provide 1st Line of Defense risk advice, challenge, and operational support to manage MSS Operations risks and controls.
  • Co-lead with peers for Singapore and oversee ASEAN as a cluster, ensuring effective governance and control framework management across diverse operations.
  • Drive risk reduction strategies for MSS Operations in collaboration with business lines and peers.
  • Work closely with MSS Operations Management and NFR teams to maintain a forward-looking risk management function.
