About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Algorithm Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative vision-language models. As a key member of our research group, you will be responsible for advancing the state-of-the-art in algorithm technologies related to large vision-language generation models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement novel algorithms for vision-language models, focusing on controllable image generation, fine-grained content control, and other cutting-edge areas.
  • Explore the latest advancements in large vision-language models, staying abreast of technological trends in the multimedia field, including multimodal large model generation and editing.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless delivery of related products.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field (Ph.D. preferred).
  • Strong background in large vision-language models, AIGC, image processing, and machine learning technologies, with 1-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent algorithm and deep learning model development skills, proficient in Python/C++ and relevant AI development frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Experience in image/video processing algorithms or the development of image processing chips.
  • Broad vision, able to stay informed about current status and trends in academia and industry.
  • Strong independent thinking ability and teamwork spirit.
