
Senior Corporate Compliance Officer

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance Professional to perform key functions in our organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to take on a challenging position that requires strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory documents with regulatory authorities.
- Assist in organizing board and shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
- Maintain and update corporate records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide advice on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in the incorporation and dissolution of companies, handling all necessary paperwork and filings.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions related to corporate governance and compliance.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulations, ensuring the business remains compliant.
- Draft and review corporate documents such as resolutions, constitutions, and other important agreements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- A professional qualification in corporate secretarial practice (e.g., CGI, ICSA or equivalent) is preferred.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial or legal services, preferably in a corporate services provider firm.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, company law, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software or programs.
