Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about clinical research and eager to contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.

Job Description:

  • Recruit participants for clinical trials and schedule appointments in accordance with study protocols.
  • Screen patients based on eligibility criteria and communicate the study objectives in a clear and concise manner.
  • Obtain informed consent from participants, administer questionnaires, and conduct follow-up activities as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with researchers, clinicians, and clinic staff to ensure seamless execution of research studies.
  • Work efficiently under tight timelines, set realistic targets, and achieve deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
  • Conduct various aspects of research studies, including data collection, management, and analysis.
  • Assist in extracting data from electronic health records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study investigators, consent forms, and blood samples.
  • Manage study databases, such as Redcap, and maintain electronic health record systems.
  • Ensure adherence to research protocols and regulations, including local laws and ethics requirements.
  • Liaise with investigators, clinicians, and laboratory teams to establish clinical workflows for research recruitment.
  • Prepare documentation for audit purposes and coordinate submissions of new IRB applications, study amendments, and annual reports.
  • Maintain professional conduct and adhere to hospital policies, ethics standards, and local regulations.
  • Perform additional duties similar to those mentioned above, as delegated by the Principal Investigator.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or medical field.
  • Comfortable working at least half days.
