Field Service Engineer Role

Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in the field of proton therapy? We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining IBA equipment on Proton Therapy sites in the Asia Pacific region. This includes conducting commissioning activities, testing and validating new releases, and ensuring customer requirements are met.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in our mission to treat cancer patients with the latest cancer treatment solutions. You will become a specialist in this field and represent IBA with your expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Physics or Engineering
  • Relevant experience in High Energy Physics, Particle Accelerators, Medical Physics, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Python required
  • Proven experience in root-cause analysis and large-scale system troubleshooting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
