Insurance Placement Specialist

As an Insurance Placement Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with insurance placement and providing administrative support for client coverage needs. This involves working closely with clients to understand their insurance requirements and ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with insurance placement by communicating effectively with clients and insurers to ensure seamless transactions.
- Provide administrative support for client coverage needs by organizing and maintaining accurate records of policy issuances, endorsements, and renewals.
- Prepare and check documents required for policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals to guarantee accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle the renewal process to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
