Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter/ Architectural Specialist

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an AutoCAD Drafter/ Architectural Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing MEP systems using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring CAD drawings meet quality standards, revising drawings based on mark-ups and specifications, verifying drawings for accuracy and completeness, converting sketches into CAD drawings and interpreting mechanical/process designs, developing and applying work methodologies, keeping all project drawings up-to-date, including producing shop and as-built drawings, offering technical support and participating in project meetings, preparing engineering documents for submission, and capable of working in both indoor and outdoor environments on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in civil engineering or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience as a 2D CAD drafter in construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MEP drawings, and MS Office is essential. Candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply, training provided.
