Enterprise Automation and Orchestration Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Enterprise Automation and Orchestration Expert. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automation and orchestration principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through their enterprise orchestration and AI journey, helping them navigate complex workflows and drive efficiency and agility. They will work closely with customers to understand their strategic objectives and position Workato's platform for success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of customer business needs and desired outcomes
  • Creating and maintaining strategic business relationships with customers
  • Establishing regular touchpoints with customers to review progress against strategic business and technical product objectives
  • Developing and driving programs to increase usage of the Workato platform within current and new customer groups

Required qualifications include a BS or equivalent technical education, MBA preferred, 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship management, or technical roles.
