Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our global team.

Our customer success team is responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers, providing a top-level service and driving growth opportunities across every programmatic campaign.

The successful candidate will have the ability to balance short-term tactical management of customer mobile marketing campaigns with a strategic focus on long-term business partnerships.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

A successful Customer Success Manager will possess a unique blend of commercial acumen, analytical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results for customers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Commercial drive and customer-focused profile.
