As a Senior Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative evolution of our brand identity and experiences.This key position is responsible for driving ideation, storytelling, and visual execution to ensure our brand remains relevant, resonant, and future-ready.With a strong emphasis on collaboration and consistency, you will oversee high-impact projects and work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to bring brand concepts to life.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that elevate our brand portfolio, including defining brand positioning and crafting narratives that drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Support the Brand Refresh initiative, shaping our resort's future-facing identity and positioning.
  • Develop and implement the Brand Guide, ensuring clarity, consistency, and creative excellence across all touchpoints.
Project Oversight & Execution:
  • Oversee all direct report projects, providing strategic direction, creative input, and quality assurance.
  • Manage key initiatives including but not limited to: Hoarding, Design and messaging for high-visibility brand installations; Entertainment, Creative development of branded guest experiences; Partnerships, Ensure brand alignment in co-branded activations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to bring brand concepts to life. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of branding initiatives.
  • Support the team in aligning creative outputs with broader brand strategy and business goals.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Champion a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Branding, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimally 5 years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or experiential marketing.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, creative leadership, and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects with strategic and creative impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
