Job Title:
Chief Financial Strategist

Overview:
Lead the financial operations of an organization, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance. Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and improvement.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.
5. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
2. At least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 3 years in a managerial position.
3. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
5. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
