Job Title: System Integration Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a System Integration Specialist. We are seeking someone who can provide technical support and specialist advice to ensure seamless system integration operations.

  • Provide technical support and specialist advice to ensure smooth running activities for rendering system services.
  • Maintain workplace safety and health.
  • Prepare required tools/equipment/documentation.
  • Install/test/troubleshoot hardware/devices/components/software.
  • Install/configure/test/troubleshoot security/electronics/IT systems.
  • Provide technical support/customer service.
  • Support fault calls and perform regular service maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide inspection/rectification works and maintain system performance.
  • Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems.
  • Update service documentation/incidents report.
  • Protect system/devices from cyber attack.
  • Assist in project management.
  • Assist in installation and/or maintenance of CCTV, Intruder Detection and Access Control Systems as per guideline.
  • Assist in the equipment/device preparation prior to the installation.
  • Provide concise and accurate feedback to Superiors and/or customers.
  • Support the backend administration of security systems.
  • Perform the verification of quotation provided by the outsourced vendors to support procurement/logistics functions.

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, or certifications in specific security systems) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Security Systems: Experience with CCTV, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and video management systems.
  • Networking Expertise: Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP), firewall configurations, and VLAN setups.
  • System Integration: Ability to integrate security systems with IT infrastructure, including cloud-based platforms.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with security software such as Milestone, HIK, or Dahua.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic and repair skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot power-related issues.
  • Years of Experience: Typically, 2-5 years of experience in designing, deploying, or maintaining security systems.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing installation and maintenance projects is highly valued.
