Payroll Analyst Job Description

The Payroll Analyst position is a vital role in our organization, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution for international payrolls. This includes supporting the processing of payrolls in Japan, Singapore, and Australia, as well as reviewing, validating, and reconciling payroll data to ensure accuracy in payments, reporting, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the processing of international payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy in payments, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to staff members
  • Identify and implement payroll efficiencies and automate strategies
  • Ensure accurate quarter-end and year-end payroll processing, including federal, state, and local tax reconciliations for international payrolls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years supporting international payrolls (specifically Japan, Singapore, and/or Australia)
  • Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, including tax reconciliation and compliance
  • Experience with payroll systems and tools (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, or equivalent)

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $89-$136,600, depending on location and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
