Become a vital member of the Monetization division at TikTok, specifically within the SMB Growth sector, which is focused on engaging new advertisers on a global scale. The Regional Marketing Manager is essential in bridging the central acquisition team with local markets around the world, managing prioritization, strategy, localization, and teamwork with regional sales and marketing departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a premier affiliate and partnership program in the APAC region that aligns with the overarching global strategy.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities within the region, developing actionable execution plans.
- Oversee partnerships with an emphasis on growth and recruitment strategies.
- Comprehend regional distinctions to optimize recruitment and activation effectiveness.
- Effectively convey the value proposition to partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage pipelines, enhance products, and generate reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or agency recruitment.
- Proven capability to manage and expand partnerships to meet business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with social media, mobile applications, and advertising products.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented approach focused on client solutions and process enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SMB insights is advantageous.
