Job Title: Part Time Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic trainer to support the growth of primary school children in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to primary school students in completing their daily homework assignments, promoting academic progress and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, addressing individual needs and concerns through constructive communication and support.
• Oversee the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, ensuring a well-organized and conducive learning environment for all students.
• Foster positive relationships with students and parents, maintaining open communication channels to facilitate collaborative efforts.
• Ensure student safety during transfers from school to the training center, prioritizing timeliness and vigilance.
• Conduct regular safety checks within the premises, guaranteeing a secure and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Centre Director, promoting adaptability and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Hold a diploma or higher in any discipline, coupled with at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience working with primary school students.
• Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective classroom management and engagement.
• Demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive mindset, aligning with our company values and mission.
• Show an energy for collaboration and continuous growth, adopting innovative approaches to maximize learning outcomes.
