Job Responsibilities:

This role involves timely and accurate preparation and analysis of monthly and annual Group Consolidation and management reporting.

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and other regulatory requirements is critical.

Regular liaison with our Singapore and overseas finance teams is essential for the submission and analysis of reports.

Responsibilities include intercompany transactions eliminations and reconciliation, handling statutory audit, and liaising with auditors to complete the annual audit.

Coordinating audits for subsidiaries, preparing notes to accounts and audit schedules, and ensuring compliance to timeline and accounting standards is also required.

Assisting in preparation of tax returns & filings, maintaining compliance with regulations in Singapore, and coordinating other tax reporting requirements and obligations is necessary.

Key responsibilities include centrally updating and maintaining GCOA, drafting Group & Accounting Policies, and implementing new systems.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

Good knowledge of FRS, group consolidation requirements, and relevant work experience is necessary.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and communication tools is essential.

Meticulous, proactive, analytical, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player are key traits for this role.

Familiarity with SAP systems and financial reporting tools is an advantage.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences is required.
