Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a tiered approach to grow an impactful social service sector and vibrant membership base.
  • Lead in the development and implementation of communication and engagement strategies for strategic partners and key agencies.
  • Coordinate and triage service and capability development plans for strategic partners and key agencies across NCSS and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and deploy platforms to engage member organizations through one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many approaches.
Requirements:
  • Identify strategic partners and key agencies to engage for the FY.
  • Partner with member organizations to assess, plan, and co-create development plans to improve their organizational capacity to meet existing and emerging needs of vulnerable groups in Singapore.
  • Work with member organizations and stakeholders to grow relationships with the Board, Head of Agencies, and key staff to contribute to the strategic development of the organizations.
  • Manage and engage an average of 50 accounts, including account servicing, assessments of invitations, triaging of resources, and annual updates of agency's current state and development plans.
  • Develop 8 SSA Plans and organize leadership/CE/RM1 engagement visits to member organizations.
