As a Collection Officer in our 6-month rotational program, you will have the opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across hire purchase operations, floor financing, referral operations, and collections.


Responsibilities:


• Daily Operational Activities: Loan Administration, Block Discounting Submissions/Redemptions, Dealer Off-Site Surveys, Debt Collection.


Collections Management:


• Phone/Email Communication with Debtors, Payment Plan Negotiation, Payment Method Advice.


• Timely Follow-Up on Debt Collection Activities, SLA Adherence.
• System Updates, Activity Tracking, Payment Reminders/Final Notices.
• Enquiry Resolution, Collaboration with Relationship Managers.
• Compliance with Company Policies/Industry Standards.
• Document Management, Archiving, Data Processing.
Requirements:


• Diploma/Equiv. Qualification.


• 1-2 Years' Experience in Credit Handling, Loan Admin., KYC/AML, Collections.
• English Proficiency, High Integrity, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving Skills.
