Barista and Service Crew Role

Join a dynamic team as a Barista and Service Crew member in our specialty coffee bars. You will learn hand pour drip and espresso extraction methods, manage inventory, operations, and supervisory skills.

This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with customers in an energetic F&B environment. As a specialty coffee company at heart, you will experience the atmosphere and vibe of a well-known, homegrown, coffee company and gain exposure to the various segments of the specialty coffee industry in Singapore.

Please note that PPP Coffee (Funan & New Bahru) and Chye Seng Huat Hardware are not halal establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop your skills in specialty coffee brewing
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily operations, including ordering and inventory
  • Assist with internal and external events
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 50 hours per month
  • Commitment to at least 3 months

Compensation
