Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Barista to join our team. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages and food items.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hardworking and patient attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare espresso coffee, latte art, smoothies, waffles, and other menu items according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Assist in preparation of menu items according to SOP.
  • Provide excellent customer service, cashier duties, dishwashing duties, and general cleaning of the cafe to maintain aesthetics.
  • Assist inventory stock check, punctuality is a must.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a hardworking, patient, and passionate working attitude.
  • Support kitchen operations, ordering of materials, rostering duties, and general administrative work.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards according to SFA food hygiene and practices.
Requirements:
  • Daily operation at the front of house.
  • Able to work in a non-halal establishment.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recipes and aesthetics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
