Senior Wayfinding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wayfinding Specialist to join our creative design team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating intuitive and visually appealing wayfinding systems within hospitality environments and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop user-centric wayfinding concepts that meet project goals and brand identities.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop innovative wayfinding solutions.
- Manage the entire design process from conceptualisation through to tender coordination and final installation.
The successful candidate will possess excellent presentation skills, with direct experience presenting to clients and stakeholders. They will also have strong illustration, typography, composition, and information design skills, as well as experience with planning, documentation, and management of wayfinding and signage projects.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, architecture, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in wayfinding design, ideally with a focus on hospitality projects and large-scale developments.
- Proven experience and portfolio of wayfinding and signage design projects.
- Strong understanding of materials, production techniques, and installation methods.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards for signage and wayfinding.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of CAD Tools, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D programs preferred.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage.
