Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide exceptional service to patients and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience throughout their visit.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform visitor registration and concierge services, including information counter duties.
- Handle complaints and feedback, resolving issues through effective service recovery.
- Update or escalate incidents to the Team Leader, detailing steps taken to rectify issues.
- Assist with kiosk registration, queue management, entry and exit access via gantries.
- Respond to patients and visitors' enquiries and feedback.
- Provide wayfinding and wheelchair assistance as needed.
- Ensure work areas are operational within assigned operating hours.
- Retrieve and restock wheelchairs at concierge and information counters.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
