Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring regular preventive maintenance activities for assigned equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate regular preventive maintenance activities for assigned equipment.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance-related inquiries or issues.
  • Participate in shift rotations and on-call duty as required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a shift rotation and on-call schedule.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written); Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with certain teams.
