**Product Integration Specialist - Mental Health AI
We are seeking an experienced Product Integration Specialist to bridge the gap between mental health experts and AI engineers. You will be responsible for translating clinical advisory input into scalable product documentation, leading pilot research initiatives, and building expert panels.
- Translate clinical recommendations into product documentation and templates
- Establish evaluation dashboards for treatment efficacy and risk mitigation
- Build and coordinate expert panels to ensure multidisciplinary inputs and prevent biased AI behavior
- Develop SOPs for privacy and risk escalation to ensure product compliance with global frameworks
- Design data governance and content QA pipelines to transform content and research insights into reusable knowledge bases
- Drive cross-team coordination to align workflows across AI, product, legal, design, and marketing teams
- Support internationalization strategy by coordinating localization efforts and managing clinical validations across different markets
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Public Health, HCI, Digital Health, or Product Management
- 2–6 years of experience in digital health, mental wellness, or tech-enabled healthcare
- Experience in clinical workflow design, pilot study coordination, or academic research is a plus
- Strong cross-functional communication and ability to translate between clinical and technical domains
- Familiarity with data governance and privacy regulations such as PDPA, GDPR, and their application in product design
- Passion for ethical AI, mental health innovation, and interdisciplinary teamwork
