Cleanliness Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous individual to lead our cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Job Description
  • Evaluate and implement effective cleaning procedures to meet industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess cleanliness, hygiene standards, and staff performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results, issues identified, and actions taken.
  • Report service gaps and operational issues promptly to management.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Provide on-site support during audits or client visits.
  • Recommend retraining sessions for cleaning staff when quality standards are not met.
  • Participate in onboarding and training sessions for new personnel, focusing on quality standards.
  • Investigate and document customer complaints, determine root causes, and propose resolutions.
  • Analyze trends in inspection data to propose improvements and reduce non-conformance rates.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Support evaluation and implementation of new cleaning tools, products, or technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma holder; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Strong observational, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual preferred for effective communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach.
