Key Procurement Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.
- Manage and support all purchasing activities for headquarters and regional offices, including supplier management, quotation gathering for internal sales teams, and coordination of import shipments.
- Negotiate with existing vendors to secure better pricing and shorter lead times, while also developing new supplier relationships.
- Conduct cost-price analysis and implement cost reduction initiatives with current suppliers.
- Handle procurement of consumables, equipment, spare parts, and other materials from both local and overseas vendors.
- Establish and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure cost-effective, high-quality goods and services.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Coordinate import shipments from suppliers to headquarters and overseas offices, ensuring accuracy of shipping documents and compliance with import rules and regulations.
- Ensure all documentation is properly maintained and submitted on time for accounting and audit purposes.
- Support logistics team with third-party outsourcing activities when required.
- Include department colleagues in all correspondence (e.g., emails) to ensure transparency and status updates.
- Provide coverage for departmental colleagues during leave or absence without disruption to operations.
- Maintain updated order status in the shared folder at all times.
- Work collaboratively and maintain consistent communication with team members on all matters.
- Manage dropship arrangements from suppliers directly to customers, informing Sales/Operations/Logistics in advance to prepare delivery orders.
- Generate and maintain monthly reports on suppliers' outstanding and pending payments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
