In this dynamic role, you will be part of the LTA's National Electric Vehicle Centre (NEVC), spearheading the promotion of EV adoption, regulating and planning EV charging systems, and developing an EV ecosystem in Singapore.

You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of key data indicators, including EV adoption trends, charging demand patterns, and charger deployment progress. Your insights will be communicated clearly and effectively to stakeholders through well-designed data visualisation tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar.

Additionally, you will refine and update models relating to charging demand, supply forecasts, and financial projections for key stakeholders. You will identify gaps and opportunities within EV adoption and charging infrastructure, supporting the development and refinement of strategies and action plans to enhance EV adoption and charger deployment across Singapore.

Your expertise in data and communications will enable you to develop and execute effective communications strategies to improve understanding of EV-related matters. You will engage stakeholders, including industry players, government agencies, and the public, to gather input, co-create, and co-deliver electrification initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting in-depth analysis and regular updates on key data indicators
  • Designing and implementing data visualisation tools
  • Refining and updating models relating to charging demand, supply forecasts, and financial projections
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities within EV adoption and charging infrastructure
  • Supporting the development and refinement of strategies and action plans
  • Developing and executing communications strategies
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience preferably in data and communications
  • Strong critical thinking, writing, and presentation skills
  • Relevant experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau preferred
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and resourceful
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous, able to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
