We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Manager to lead our inventory management and reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic inventory reporting tools to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in merchandising management, preferably in luxury goods.
Inventory Management:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales trends and optimize inventory levels.
Utilize data analysis skills to identify areas for improvement in the product distribution process and implement optimizations.
Stock Inventory Management:- Oversee stock movement of quality-check items and coordinate returns to HQ for repairs.
Propose monthly stock rebalancing across POS to maximize sell-through.
Cross-functional Support:- Provide guidance to Brand Teams on selecting suitable products for Press, Events, and Exhibitions.
Foster strong communication with Sales Administration teams regarding product deliveries and requests.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years' experience in merchandising management, preferably in luxury goods.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
Required Skills:- Excellent analytical capabilities with a proven ability to conduct market research and interpret sales data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
