
Sales Interaction Coordinator

The Sales Support role is a key component of our business operations, centered on managing customer interactions, generating quotations, and coordinating with clients to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and sales skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quotation requests, generate quotes, and forward them to clients.
- Assign project numbers, view work files, execute orders, and create job numbers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to carry out client requests.
- Communicate with clients via email regarding delivery instructions and readiness.
- Issue delivery orders and contact the supply chain management team for pickup and delivery.
- Develop time management and coordination skills to manage tasks assigned by the business manager or sales manager.
- Prepare shipment documentation and communicate with shipping/forwarding companies to export goods.
- Send purchase requisition forms (PRs) to the supply chain division for verification.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
