The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting books and curated reading sets to school teachers and educators, building and maintaining a contact database, creating bilingual content for social media platforms, designing visuals using Canva, updating online store listings, taking event photos or videos, and assisting in planning and coordinating events, author talks, and school book fairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promotion of Books and Reading Sets: Promote selected books and curated reading sets to school teachers and educators, increasing sales and driving business growth.
- Contact Database Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive contact database of educators and develop strategies to engage with them.
- Bilingual Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms in both English and Mandarin.
- Visual Design: Utilize Canva to design visually appealing promotional materials that capture the attention of potential customers.
- Event Support: Provide on-site support during events, including registration, AV setup, and customer service.
Ideal Candidate:
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and spoken skills.
