Job Title: Inventory Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

  • Coordinate the movement of inventory across warehouses and storage facilities to meet business needs.
  • Ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipping of goods to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to support decision-making and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments in a timely and organized manner.
  2. Ship outgoing products promptly and accurately to meet customer demands.
  3. Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate better prices and services.
  5. Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent loss or theft.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in inventory management or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Ability to lift heavy weights and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
